The Provider is a sole trader entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). The entry can be verified by tax ID in the business search at biznes.gov.pl.

How to contact us

  1. Email: support@qesto.app - for all matters concerning the Account, the Service, personal data, complaints and withdrawal from the Contract.
  2. Post: to the Provider's address given above.

support@qesto.app is also the point of contact for Users and authorities within the meaning of Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Communication may be in Polish or English.

Specific matters

  1. Complaints - by email or in writing, describing the issue. The Provider responds within 14 days of receiving the complaint, under § 14 of the Terms of Service.
  2. Withdrawal from the Contract - in the App (Settings, "Plan & billing" section, "Withdraw from contract here" function), by email or in writing, under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  3. Personal data - requests concerning the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR and withdrawal of consent, under the Privacy Policy.
  4. Payment charges - Paid Plans are sold by the Payment Operator (Stripe, through the Link service), which handles matters concerning the payment transaction itself. The charge may appear on a statement under the Payment Operator's name. An unrecognised charge may also be raised with the Provider at support@qesto.app.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, in particular by applying to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection (wojewódzki inspektor Inspekcji Handlowej) or to a permanent consumer arbitration court, and may obtain free assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów). The register of authorised entities is kept by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK): polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
